- GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. These general conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "General Conditions") apply to all remote sales of "LCS Watch Gold Plating" products (hereinafter referred to as "Products" or "Product") conducted through the website www.LCSWatchGoldPlating.com (hereinafter referred to as "Website").
1.2. The remote selling services described in these General Conditions are exclusively available to consumers (hereinafter referred to as "Clients" or "Client"), who are natural persons acting outside the scope of their trade, business, craft, and profession, and who are over the age of 18 (or, if minors, duly authorized by their legal representative).
1.3. The language used for entering into any contract through this Website is English.
1.4. Clients are required to carefully read the General Conditions, which are made available on the Website for acknowledgment, storage, and reproduction by Clients in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act (2005:59) (hereinafter referred to as the "Distance Sales Act"). A copy of the General Conditions will be sent to the Client via email, as outlined in Paragraph 7 of these General Conditions. Contracts with the Clients will be archived by LCS Watch Gold Plating, with Clients having access via the Website through their account.
1.5. Contracts concluded with LCS Watch Gold Plating (as defined below) through the Website are subject to Canadian law.
- PRICE 2.1. The prices of the Products are listed on the Website in USD. Delivery costs may be added to the price of the Products and are separately indicated on the order form.
2.2. LCS Watch Gold Plating regularly verifies the accuracy of all prices displayed on the Website; however, errors cannot be guaranteed to be absent. In the event of a pricing error for a Product, LCS Watch Gold Plating will offer the Client the option to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancel the order.
- PURCHASES 3.1. The essential characteristics and prices of each Product are provided on the Website for each displayed Product.
3.2. Before submitting an order proposal, Clients should ensure they read and understand all instructions provided during the purchase procedure, along with these General Conditions, as they will be bound by all of them once a contract is formed. To purchase a Product, Clients must complete an order proposal and submit it to LCS Watch Gold Plating through the Website. Clients must place the Product in their "shopping bag" and, after reading and accepting these General Conditions, particularly regarding delivery charges and withdrawal conditions, as well as the privacy policy statement, select the desired payment method and choose the "place order" option.
3.3. Clients should correct any data entry errors before submitting their order proposal by following the process provided on the Website. Clients may adjust the quantity of Products they wish to purchase by adding or removing one or more Products from their "shopping bag".
3.4. By submitting an order proposal to LCS Watch Gold Plating, the Client acknowledges and declares that they have read all instructions provided during the purchase procedure and fully accept these General Conditions.
3.5. Subject to the explicit consent of the Client and in accordance with the privacy policy statement, LCS Watch Gold Plating may retain the order proposal and related Client data for the period required by applicable legislation.

METHOD OF PAYMENT 4.1. Payment will be processed by LCS Watch Gold Plating before items are shipped or services are activated.

PROMO CODES 5.1. Promo codes must be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.

TAXES 6.1. All prices displayed on the LCS Watch Gold Plating website, www.lcswatchgoldplating.com, exclude VAT, in accordance with applicable legislation. VAT will be added at checkout for orders shipped to EU delivery addresses.
6.2. Orders shipped to delivery addresses outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. LCS Watch Gold Plating advises contacting the local customs office for further information.
- WORLDWIDE SHIPPING 7.1. Shipments will be sent to the Client's registered PayPal, Apple Pay, or Payment Card address ONLY. Requests or payments made to an alternative address will NOT be shipped. Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes and/or customs fees, the responsibility of the recipient.
7.2. US Customers Due to increased security measures at US Customs, deliveries to the US may take up to 28 days.
7.3. International Delivery with UPS or DHL Express. Full insurance is available upon request.
7.4. Damaged packages must be signed for as 'damaged' upon delivery, with immediate notification to LCS Watch Gold Plating. Failure to do so may invalidate shipping insurance claims.
- INFORMATION ON PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY 8.1. Information on Products, along with relevant product codes, is available on the Website.
8.2. Production of Customized Phones: LCS Watch Gold Plating customizes each phone uniquely for each customer, with a production time of up to 30 days from the confirmation of the design.
8.3. Customizations: Customers must have rights to images used for customizations, as LCS Watch Gold Plating charges for engraving only. LCS Watch Gold Plating accepts no responsibility for errors in personalization.
- CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT 9.1. The contract between LCS Watch Gold Plating and the Client is deemed executed when the Client receives confirmation from LCS Watch Gold Plating that their order proposal, submitted through the Website process, has been successfully concluded, once Product availability is verified and the purchase price is debited. The Client's order proposal becomes binding on LCS Watch Gold Plating when the Website purchase procedure is completed without error.
9.2. LCS Watch Gold Plating reserves the right to partially fulfill any order proposal if one or more Products ordered by the Client are unavailable. In such cases, only the sum related to the partially fulfilled order proposal shall be debited.
9.3. LCS Watch Gold Plating shall not be liable for errors resulting from the Client's Website connection.
9.4. Upon order confirmation or contract execution, LCS Watch Gold Plating shall provide the Client with a summary of the General Conditions, Product characteristics, detailed pricing, payment methods, delivery charges, withdrawal conditions (including exclusions for personalized Products), complaint address, support services, and commercial terms by email. The Client should review this communication immediately and notify LCS Watch Gold Plating of any errors or omissions.
- INVALIDITY OF ORDER PROPOSAL 10.1. No order proposal shall be considered accepted by LCS Watch Gold Plating, nor shall any contract be concluded between LCS Watch Gold Plating and the Client if LCS Watch Gold Plating has reasonable grounds to believe that the Client:
(i) intends to purchase the Products for commercial or professional purposes;
(ii) is not a bona fide Client; or
(iii) attempts to illegitimately exercise a cancellation right.
10.2. In such cases, the Client's order proposal shall be void. LCS Watch Gold Plating shall notify the Client by email of the non-acceptance of the order proposal and cancel any debit or charge against the Client.
- TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY 11.1. For bank transfer payments, deliveries shall be dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds by LCS Watch Gold Plating.
11.2. Delivery charges are borne by the Client and separately indicated on the order form and invoice.
11.3. Products are delivered by a selected courier service (e.g., UPS or DHL Express) between Monday and Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, from the day following order acceptance, based on indicated availability. LCS Watch Gold Plating is not responsible for unforeseeable delays attributable solely to the Courier.
11.4. Unless subject to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, Products shall be delivered within 30 days from contract conclusion, as per Paragraph 7.1 above. LCS Watch Gold Plating may notify the Client, within the same term or by the agreed delivery date, of any unavailability of ordered Products, including temporary unavailability, and reimburse sums paid by the Client.
11.5. The Client or their nominated representative must be present at the delivery address to receive Products. Upon delivery, the Client must verify:
(i) the number of items matches the delivery note;
(ii) the packaging and seals are intact and undamaged. Any damages or discrepancies must be immediately noted on the Courier's delivery note. Once signed, no objections can be raised regarding exterior parcel characteristics.

DISPATCHING AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION LCS Watch Gold Plating shall email the Client a dispatch confirmation once Products are dispatched and provide further communication upon delivery.

WRAPPING OR PACKAGING Products are delivered with high-standard packaging. LCS Watch Gold Plating makes every effort to fulfill Client requests. However, once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or amended.

LACK OF CONFORMITY For any manufacturing defects or alleged lack of conformity in Products sold by LCS Watch Gold Plating, the Client must contact Online Support by email or send door-to-door express shipment to the address provided.

ERRORS OR INACCURACIES LCS Watch Gold Plating endeavors to provide up-to-date information on the Website. However, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur.
