WHAT IS THE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

You are entitled to return all purchases made directly from Golden Concept, excluding customized orders, within 45 days of receiving the item. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed if this period has elapsed. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Upon receipt of your returned item, it undergoes an inspection to determine your eligibility for an exchange or refund. You will receive notification of the decision from our technical department via email.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

We provide a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects.

MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

WARRANTY & CARE

CAN YOU ADJUST MY STRAP?

Guidance is provided within the booklet enclosed in your package. If you require help adjusting your strap, you can seek assistance from a local watch repair shop or contact us via email for additional support.

HOW SHOULD I LOOK AFTER MY WATCH CASE?

Given the high-end nature of this product, we advise handling the watch cases with care to prevent discoloration, damage, and scratches. We recommend periodic cleaning of the inner frame to prevent any buildup that may impact the case's functionality.

WILL MY APPLE WATCH WARRANTY BE VOIDED?

The warranty for your Apple Watch remains unaffected by the watch case. Your Apple Watch warranty remains valid as there are no physical alterations made to the Apple Watch itself.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
